We are proud to be leading the development of new technologies and techniques, such as the use of BioHPP as an alternative to standard metal framework for dental prosthesis.
BioHPP is a material based on PEEK, a high performance polyetheretherketone with excellent stability, optimal polishable properties and low plaque affinity making it suitable for high quality prosthetic restorations. BioHPP has been used as implant material in human medicine for over 30 years. This is an elastic more natural material that lies within the range of bone specially optimised for use in restoration of implant cases, fixed and removable dental prostheses.
All our zirconia crowns are designed & manufactured digitally
using CAD/CAM technology & materials purchased in Australia.
Our dental prosthesis framework manufactured with BioHPP enjoy the following outstanding benefits:
Biocompatible and metal-free material
Not abrasive for remaining teeth
White shade effect
Fracture resistance
No loss of friction due to flexibility of the material
No discolouration as there is no exchange of ions in the mouth
Plaque-resistant and colour-safe
Protects enamel of opposite teeth
If your patient needs a bridge or full arch prosthesis give us a call and we will explain in detail how the use of BioHPP can add that high quality result that you are after.
Can be veneered with traditional veneer composites
High aesthetics and customisation
