ZYGOMA & PTERYGOID SURGICAL GUIDES

Precise, personalised and safe guided surgery

A CBCT scan (DICOM Data) allows planning and fabrication of surgical guides and the patient’s biomodel for precise, safe and personalised surgery for zygomatic and pterygoid treatments.

Advantages:

Treatment planning based on bone and/or prosthesis

Anatomical and precise adjustment of the guides to the jaw

High precision in drilling the 'channel' of the implant bed

Metal guided tubes for precise drilling adjustment

Reduced operating room time

Fixation of the guides with osteosynthesis screws selected by the user

Drilling verification and safety windows

Our Zygomatic and Pterygoid Surgical Guides are designed and manufactured digitally using the latest CAD/CAM technology

Main benefits of the zygoma guides:

Treatment planning according to the diagnostic wax-up (double CT technique)

Easy provisionalisation on the day of the surgery

Reduction of prosthodontist's time

Highest level of accuracy knowing exactly where the zygomatic implant is introduced into the zygoma and where it will exit

Main benefits of the pterygoid guides

Ensure correct drilling into the pterygoid bone

Correct angulation of the implant

Anticipate during the planning of possible angled abutments

Plan implant bi-corticalisation for optimal primary stability
